2. OVERVIEW

This policy explains the processing of personal data when using the Bralio app (padliq.com).

3. WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

• Account data: e-mail address (for sign-in via one-time code).
• Subscription and billing data: your Pro status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the subscription status. Card data is entered exclusively on Stripe's hosted checkout page and never reaches our servers.
• Profile data: your Padel DNA profile, player type and saved content.
• AI coach history: the questions you ask the AI coach and its answers.
• Technical data: server log data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) when the app is accessed.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

• Provision of the app, account and coach: performance of a contract (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
• Server logs and security: legitimate interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

5. PROCESSORS AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

We use the following service providers, with whom data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO are in place:

• Supabase (authentication and database), storage location EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1).
• Vercel (hosting of the application).
• Stripe (payment processing for Pro subscriptions; Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). Card data is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page and never reaches our servers. Where data is transferred to Stripe, Inc. (USA), the transfer is safeguarded pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO (EU standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
• Brevo / Sendinblue (sending of sign-in codes by e-mail).
• Kit / ConvertKit (management of the waitlist / newsletter, if you have signed up).

6. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

To operate the AI coach, your input is transmitted to and processed by Anthropic (provider of the AI model, USA). The transfer to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO (the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission). A data processing agreement is in place with Anthropic.

7. STORAGE PERIOD

Account data and profile data are stored for as long as your account exists. You can trigger the deletion yourself at any time in the app under Account → "Delete my account"; an active Pro subscription is cancelled in the process. After you delete your account, the associated data is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Server logs are deleted or anonymised after a short time.

8. COOKIES

We use only technically necessary cookies (sign-in/session and language selection). There is no tracking and no analysis by third parties. Therefore, no consent is required.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 DSGVO). To exercise these, contact hello@padliq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (in Hesse: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
